How does the free trial work?
New accounts get a free 7-day trial, activated automatically after you verify your email. Traffic and days both count — whichever runs out first ends the trial. No card required, and nothing auto-charges when it ends.
Where do the free codes come from?
We post free access codes in our Telegram channel on a regular schedule. Codes are limited and first come, first served. Redeem them on the Redeem page inside the app.
macOS says "unidentified developer" — how do I open it?
This prompt appears because the client is not notarized by Apple. Two ways to allow it: ① In Applications, right-click the VPNFast icon, choose "Open", then click "Open" in the dialog. ② Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, find the blocked notice at the bottom of the page and click "Open Anyway". You only need to allow it once.
Windows SmartScreen blocked the installer?
Click "More info" in the dialog, then "Run anyway" to continue. After installing, we recommend verifying the file against SHA256SUMS (on Windows: certutil -hashfile <file> SHA256).
Android blocks installing apps from unknown sources?
Tap "Settings" in the system prompt, allow the browser or file manager you used to install apps, then go back and continue. If the system warns about risk afterwards, choose "Install anyway".
Connected but nothing loads / some apps fail?
Try switching to another line in the app first. If it still fails, check whether Global mode is on — that routes local sites through the proxy too. Smart routing (local direct, overseas accelerated) is usually the more stable choice.
How do I update? Do I need to sign in again?
Download the new package and install it over the old one. Your account, subscription and routing rules are kept — no need to sign in again. Always use the packages and checksums provided on this page.
